This notice describes the public website and invitation-only student portal operated for Cornerstone English Coaching.

Contacting Zach

If you use the email-draft option, your name, email, and message remain in the page until you open your email app. You must send the email yourself. The website does not save your draft.

The online contact form sends your name, email address, and message to Formspree, which processes the submission and delivers it to Zach’s Google Workspace inbox. Formspree and Google may retain information according to their service settings and policies. The site’s own hosting does not store a copy of your message.

Hosting and browsing

The website does not add advertising trackers or advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the site, and Cloudflare collects website usage statistics. This public website can be viewed without signing in.

Student portal

The portal stores a student’s name and email address, coaching profile, assigned practice, submissions, feedback, assessment records, messages, and lesson history. Supabase processes the portal database and account authentication. Cloudflare delivers the portal application. Necessary sign-in information is stored in the student’s browser to keep the session active; signing out removes the active session.

Portal accounts are invitation-only. Each student can access only their own records. Zach can access the records of students assigned to him. Working feedback and private coaching notes are not visible to students. The portal does not collect card details.

Portal records are kept while the account is used for coaching and as needed for legitimate business and support purposes. A student may ask Zach for access, correction, export, account closure, or deletion. Provider backups may retain deleted information for a limited period under the provider’s backup settings.

Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube links take you to other services with their own privacy practices. Zach’s welcome video is hosted with this website and does not use a third-party video player.

Online booking and payment are not connected in this preview. Do not include card details or other sensitive information in a contact message.
